Art Classes and Mentorship
About me:
I am a professional artist living and working in Brooklyn, NY with 20 over years of experience in the art field. I hold a master’s degree from Parsons, The New School for Design. I teach a variety of artistic techniques and aesthetic principles that will improve rendering skills, eye/hand coordination and general understanding of art. These skills are aimed at helping develop a visual language that will allow a student to express themselves through their art practice.
About the classes:
My classes consist of one on one sessions with artists who seek to increase their visual acuity and develop a skill set which allows for greater expression. Classes focus on utilizing techniques in several different mediums to get students out of their comfort zone and create a multidisciplinary art practice. I specialize in children and teens who benefit from individual mentorships, especially those with social/emotional difficulties or developmental disorders.
Location:
Classes are conducted from my art studio in Gowanus, Brooklyn.
